Love Hemp is a UK CBD brand selling broad spectrum CBD oil drops from 300mg to 10,000mg, plus oral sprays, capsules and gummies. When we checked its website and the FSA public list in October 2026, its oils and sprays had entries marked “Validated”, its oil pages said “THC free”, and it published lab certificates online.
Below: the range, what the strengths mean per drop, the 10mg advice, the FSA list, lab reports, sprays vs drops and a simple checklist. Evopure isn’t connected with Love Hemp.

What does Love Hemp sell?
The CBD range on lovehemp.com on 23 October 2026 (some lines were short-dated or unavailable):

The oils are described as broad spectrum CBD in MCT oil from coconuts, with natural flavourings such as peppermint, wild cherry and Valencia orange. Love Hemp also sells a mushroom range, Love Shrooms (lion’s mane, reishi, cordyceps and blends), which doesn’t contain CBD.

Love Hemp strengths: 1200mg, 3000mg, 6000mg and 10,000mg per drop
The number on the bottle is the total CBD inside, not the amount per drop. Love Hemp’s dosage page gives mg per 1ml pipette; we’ve added mg per drop, assuming about 20 drops per ml.

Note that the 10,000mg oil is the same strength per drop as the 3,000mg (both 10%), just in a 100ml bottle. The 6,000mg is the most concentrated, at 20%: one drop is roughly 10mg.

High strengths and the FSA’s 10mg advice
Since October 2023, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has advised healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day. Before that, its figure was 70mg. It’s precautionary advice, set while longer-term safety research continues, not a legal limit.
Labels and guides across the CBD market still vary. When we checked in October 2026, Love Hemp’s dosage guide page said it is “generally recommended” to stay under 70mg a day for healthy adults, which matches the FSA’s earlier figure. Its newer Sours gummies say not to exceed 10mg of CBD daily, and its Sweet Dreams and Stay Calm capsules give 10mg per two-capsule serving.
On a strong oil, small amounts add up: a full 1ml pipette of the 6,000mg is about 200mg. If you want to stay near 10mg a day, a lower strength is easier to measure. Our guide to the CBD daily limit in the UK explains the figure in full, and how much CBD should I take? covers starting amounts.
The FSA doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or people taking any medication, unless under medical direction. If you take medication, read can CBD interact with medication? and speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
Is Love Hemp on the FSA public list?
Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales has to be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 23 October 2026 and searched for “Love Hemp”:
- Oil drops and sprays: 300mg to 10,000mg entries under Love Hemp Ltd, marked “Validated”, linked to application RP-106.
- Capsules and Jelly Domes: marked “Validated”, linked to application RP-352.
- One oil entry (600mg peppermint drops, under RP-240) is marked “Awaiting evidence”.
- Four older drinks from 2022 under the Love Hemp Botanicals name are marked “Removed”. Love Hemp’s website doesn’t sell drinks now.
What the labels mean, in plain words:
- Validated: the FSA has checked that the application contains all the information it needs to move on to a safety assessment. It isn’t an approval: the FSA says validation is not the same as authorisation.
- Awaiting evidence: the application isn’t validated yet, but is making progress with a deadline to supply the missing evidence.
- Removed: the application hasn’t progressed, and the product shouldn’t be on sale.
Products marked Validated or Awaiting evidence can stay on sale in England and Wales while the applications are assessed. Our name search didn’t pick up the newer Sours gummies or the blend capsules, which can simply mean they sit under a supplier’s name, so ask Love Hemp which entry covers them. Love Hemp lab reports and THC
Love Hemp publishes certificates of analysis (COAs) as PDFs on its website for its capsules, oils and Jelly Domes, with file names dated January to April 2026.
Its oil and spray pages list “THC Free” as a feature, and the oils are described as broad spectrum, not full spectrum. Broad spectrum means CBD with other hemp compounds but with the THC removed. Our guide to full spectrum vs broad spectrum vs isolate explains the difference.
When you open any COA, from any brand, check four things: the lab’s name, the date, that the CBD figure matches the label, and the THC result. If you drive or face workplace testing, look for THC “not detected” (often written ND). See how to read CBD lab reports and does CBD show up on a drug test?
Love Hemp atomiser spray vs drops
The sprays and drops list the same ingredients: CBD hemp extract, organic MCT oil from coconuts and natural flavourings. The difference is how you measure and take it.
- Drops come with a graduated pipette, so you can measure by the drop or by the ml.
- Sprays have a spray cap instead of a dropper. Love Hemp’s guide gives six sprays as a serving: about 10mg on the 300mg spray and 20mg on the 600mg. It lists 45mg for six sprays of the 1,200mg.
Both go under the tongue for a minute or two before swallowing. Sprays come in 300mg to 1,200mg only; the stronger options are drops.
Love Hemp CBD capsules and gummies
Capsules and gummies give a set amount per piece:
- CBD Capsules 600mg and 1,200mg: 10mg or 20mg of broad spectrum CBD per capsule, 60 per jar.
- Blend capsules: Sweet Dreams (with valerian, hops, passionflower and lavender), Stay Calm (with ashwagandha, reishi and lemon balm) and Clear Mind (with L-theanine, ginkgo, ginseng and 5-HTP). Sweet Dreams and Stay Calm have 5mg of CBD per capsule.
- Gummies: Sours Calm sour orange gummies at 10mg per gummy (described as vegan and THC free), and Jelly Domes at 20mg per gummy.

Is Love Hemp CBD oil good? A checklist
We haven’t tested Love Hemp’s products and we don’t rate other brands. Instead, here are the checks that answer “is this CBD oil good?” for any brand, with what we found for Love Hemp:

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.
FAQs
Is Love Hemp CBD oil full spectrum?
No. When we checked in October 2026, Love Hemp described its oils as broad spectrum CBD in MCT oil, and its oil pages listed “THC Free”. Check the lab report for your product to see the THC result.
How many drops of Love Hemp 1200mg is 10mg?
About five. The 1,200mg oil is 4%, or 40mg per 1ml, which is about 2mg per drop if a dropper gives roughly 20 drops per ml.
What is the difference between Love Hemp 3000mg and 10,000mg?
The bottle size. Both are 10% oils, about 100mg of CBD per 1ml or 5mg per drop. The 3,000mg comes in 30ml and the 10,000mg in 100ml.
Is Love Hemp on the FSA list?
Yes. In October 2026, Love Hemp’s oils and sprays were on the FSA public list marked “Validated” (application RP-106), and its capsules and Jelly Domes were Validated under RP-352. One 600mg peppermint oil entry was marked “Awaiting evidence”.
Is Love Hemp sold in Holland and Barrett?
Yes. Holland and Barrett listed 14 Love Hemp CBD products when we checked its range in October 2026. Love Hemp also sells direct from its own website.
