Policy
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms apply to every order placed with Evopure Ltd through evopure.co.uk (the “site”). Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Evopure Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11927113, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Our VAT number is GB320248830. You can reach us at hello@evopure.co.uk or through the Contact page.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. CBD products are not intended for anyone under 18, and we may cancel an order if we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18. You must give us accurate details when you order, and keep your account password confidential.
3. Our products
Our CBD oils, capsules and powders are food supplements and our balm is a cosmetic. They are not medicines, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults not to take more than 10mg of CBD a day and advises against CBD if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication; if you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use.
All our CBD products are broad-spectrum with 0% THC, verified by independent laboratory testing of every batch. Certificates of analysis are available on the product pages and on the Lab reports page. Product images are for illustration; natural ingredients can vary slightly in colour, taste and texture between batches.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. That is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation, and it covers only the products confirmed in it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where a product is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, payment could not be taken, or we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cancel after you have paid we refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. We check prices carefully, but if a product is obviously mispriced we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider (card payments are processed by Viva.com; we do not store your full card details). Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may withdraw a promotion at any time.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, we send the product at the frequency you select and charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel. The first order carries the introductory discount shown at checkout and renewals carry the subscription price shown at checkout. You can change the frequency, skip a delivery, change the product or cancel at any time from My Account; changes take effect from the next renewal that has not yet been processed. We email you before each renewal. If a renewal payment fails we will let you know and retry; if it continues to fail the subscription is paused. If we need to change a subscription price we will give you at least 14 days notice by email so you can cancel before the change applies.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day and delivered within two to four working days by Royal Mail or a courier; timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Free delivery applies above the order value shown on the site. Delivery is complete when the parcel reaches the address you gave us, and from then the products are your responsibility. If a parcel has not arrived within ten working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, where it is lost, send a replacement or refund you. Please check the delivery address carefully; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided.
8. Your right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it (for a subscription, 14 days from receiving the first delivery). To cancel, email hello@evopure.co.uk with your order number, then return the products to us within 14 days of telling us. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging; for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of oils, capsules, powders or balms that have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. We refund the price and the basic delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of postage), to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than needed to inspect them.
9. Faulty or incorrect products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. Your legal rights continue after 30 days as set out in the Act.
10. Referrals, rewards and promotions
Referral rewards, discount codes and loyalty points are for personal use, are not transferable and have no cash value. They may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and we may cancel rewards obtained through self-referral, multiple accounts or other misuse. Specific promotion terms shown at the time apply in addition to these terms.
11. Reviews and your content
If you leave a review or send us content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the site and in our marketing, and you confirm it is honest, your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or that makes health claims we cannot support.
12. Intellectual property
The Evopure and Evolabs names and logos, and all content on the site (text, images, formulations, designs and code), belong to Evopure Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for personal use only.
13. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by your own misuse of a product or failure to follow the label. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes or supplier failures. We will tell you as soon as we can and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay; if the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a refund for products not yet delivered.
15. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us at hello@evopure.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute you can seek advice from Citizens Advice or use the small claims process. These terms do not affect your right to bring a claim in court.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order. Where a change affects an existing subscription we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
