How do I use it?
Use the pipette to measure your optimum dose (dosage guidance is on the label & FAQ section) – for those new to CBD we recommend starting on 15mg per day.
Dispense the dose of CBD under your tongue, and hold it there for 60 seconds, then swallow.
Make sure you take it at consistent intervals on a daily basis, to give the CBD a good chance of boosting your endocannabinoid system.

How long does it take for CBD oil to work?
Generally, it takes anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour for CBD oil to have an effect when taken sublingually.
The key to getting the most out of CBD oil however, is to treat it like any other dietary supplement and take it consistently over at least 10 days to fully realise its benefits.
How long should you hold sublingual CBD oil under your tongue?
We recommend holding the CBD oil under your tongue for at least 60 seconds before swallowing to allow for maximum absorption.
Whilst the research on how long to hold it under your tongue is limited, anecdotally 1 minute seems to produce added absorption and effectiveness.
What strength CBD oil should I use?
The recommended CBD strength varies from person to person.
If you are just getting started with CBD, we’d recommend starting with 15mg of CBD per day for the first week and increasing on a weekly basis until you find your optimum dosage.
The maximum daily intake is set at 70mg, as recommended by the FSA. CBD can be taken in higher amounts but only with the supervision of a GP / medical professional.

I am so glad I have discovered CBD oil because for years now the pain in my knees from arthritis has been getting steadily worse. I'm on my feet for at least eight hours a day and I have needed a brace and Voltarol cream to keep the pain at bay. My wife mentioned CBD oil to me one day recently as she had heard good things from two of her friends. So I did a bit of research and sent off for my first bottle called Flow. Four drops in the morning under the tongue and four more late afternoon and within two days I knew it worked. I've been taking it for a month now and have really noticed a major difference. The knee brace and Voltarol are now things of the past, the pain has almost completely gone, no pain at all getting out of bed in the mornings and putting weight on my knees. I love this product and if you live with pain buy it and try it, if your experience is anything like mine you will not regret it.

I have tried a number of CBD oil products looking for the right one to help cope with menopause symptoms. I read about Evopure in a Readers Digest article and was attracted to the brand because of the traceability of their ingredients. This Flow Oil from Evopure is amazing. I use a couple of drops under my tongue at night. Within a couple of weeks I wasn't waking up in the morning with anxiety, the crippling pain in joints etc had eased and I was sleeping through the night again. It's worth every penny!
