Cannaray gummies: 300mg, 900mg, Calm and Good Night

Bright Days CBD Gummies come in a 300mg jar (10mg of CBD per gummy) or a 900mg jar (30mg per gummy), 30 orange gummies either way. Ingredients include organic tapioca syrup, cane sugar, agar and orange flavouring. Cannaray describes them as vegan and THC-free.

Calm CBD Gummies are strawberry flavoured, with 10mg of CBD, ashwagandha powder, L-theanine and a terpene blend. If you’re new to ashwagandha, read our ashwagandha UK safety guide first.

Good Night CBD Gummies are orange flavoured, with 10mg of CBD and extracts of valerian, L-theanine, lavender and chamomile, plus terpenes. Cannaray says the blend is “without melatonin”, and melatonin isn’t in the ingredients list. That matters in the UK, where melatonin is a prescription-only medicine (see melatonin in the UK). More on the botanicals in our guides to valerian root and L-theanine.

Cannaray Sleep Gummies are a different product with no CBD: lemon balm, chamomile and saffron extracts, zinc and vitamin B6.

How many Cannaray gummies a day?

Since October 2023, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has advised healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day. It’s precautionary advice, set while longer-term safety research continues, not a legal limit. The FSA says the main concerns at higher intakes are excessive tiredness and effects on the liver.

Cannaray’s own “How to use” boxes follow the 10mg figure: one 10mg gummy a day from the 300mg jar, and one Calm or Good Night gummy a day. For the 900mg jar, Cannaray points out that one 30mg gummy is more than 10mg and recommends the 300mg jar for daily use. Older text lower on the gummies page, and some retailer listings, still suggest two or three gummies a day, so go by the latest label.

The FSA doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or people taking any medication, unless under medical direction. If you take medication, read can CBD interact with medication? and our guide to the CBD daily limit in the UK.

Cannaray oil strengths and drops per 10mg

Cannaray gives the drops for 10mg on each oil’s page:

Oil CBD per ml Drops for 10mg (Cannaray)
Bright Days 500mg or 1,500mg (5%) 50mg About 6
Night-Time 600mg or 1,800mg (6%) 60mg About 5
Bright Days or Night-Time 3,000mg (10%) 100mg About 3

The oils use coconut MCT oil and flavouring. A full 1ml pipette of a 5% oil holds 50mg, so measure in drops, not pipettes. See CBD oil strengths, mg and drops.

Where Evopure fits

Evopure is a separate UK company and isn’t connected with Cannaray. We don’t sell CBD gummies. Some people prefer an oil or capsule because the dose is easy to set exactly, and there’s no sugar to think about. Our guide to CBD oil vs gummies compares the two.

All our CBD products are 0% THC and on the FSA public list, linked to validated applications RP438, RP821 and RP47. Everything is vegan, made in the UK and tested by ISO 17025 accredited labs, with reports on request from our lab testing page. Our products are for adults (18+) only. We don’t recommend our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.

Is Cannaray THC-free? Spectrum and lab reports

Cannaray describes its CBD products as THC-free and says every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. The product pages don’t say whether the CBD is broad spectrum or isolate.

Its lab reports page lists certificates for the 500mg and 1,500mg Bright Days oils, the 3,000mg Night-Time oil, the 600mg capsules, both gummy strengths and the muscle balm. We opened the 500mg Bright Days certificate (batch 02026, January 2026): it showed 5.43% CBD against 5% on the label, and THC below the lab’s lowest measurable level.

On any certificate, check the batch, the date, the CBD against the label and the THC result. See how to read CBD lab reports and does CBD show up on a drug test?

Is Cannaray on the FSA public list?

Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales has to be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 26 October 2026 and found 49 Cannaray entries, all “Validated”, under applications RP-350 and RP-450. Name matches for the current range:

  • Gummies: “Re-Live 10mg CBD Gummies Orange” and “Re-Live 30mg CBD Gummies Orange” (Cannaray calls its gummies Re-Live on the product page).
  • Capsules: “Re-Live Re-Ascend 10mg CBD Capsules”, 60 and 20 per pot.
  • Oils: 500mg (10ml) and 1,500mg (30ml) oil drops, and Re-Live peppermint oils at 600mg (10ml) and 1,800mg.

We didn’t find a 3,000mg oil by name. For the Calm and Good Night gummies, the closest entries are “Healist Calm Chews 10mg” and “Healist Good Night Chews 10mg”, also under Cannaray Brands Ltd. Ask Cannaray which entry covers your product.

“Validated” means the application has the information needed for a safety assessment. The FSA says validation is not the same as authorisation, but validated products can stay on sale while they are assessed. See what the FSA’s CBD decision means.
