fourfive CBD oil and spray: how much CBD a spray?

fourfive calls its main product “CBD Oil”, but it comes in a spray bottle: CBD and MCT oil, natural or orange, with 240 sprays in a 30ml bottle. The figures below come from fourfive’s pages and Holland and Barrett’s listings on 1 November 2026:

The spray directions say one or two sprays under the tongue, held for 60 seconds, and that daily CBD intake shouldn’t exceed 10mg. On the 2,000mg spray, two sprays is 16.6mg. Half a pipette of the peppermint oil also gives 500 IU (12.5 micrograms) of vitamin D3; the NHS suggests 10 micrograms a day in autumn and winter. See CBD oil strengths explained and CBD dosage.

fourfive CBD gummies and capsules

Neither was listed on fourfive’s own shop when we checked, but both were on sale at Holland and Barrett:

• CBD Gummies 10mg: 30 orange and strawberry gummies, 10mg each (300mg a jar), made with CBD isolate in MCT oil. The ingredients start with sucrose and glucose syrup, with pectin as the gelling agent. The directions say “Chew 3 gummies daily, or as required”, which is 30mg.
• CBD 10mg Capsules: 60 capsules of inulin and CBD isolate in a vegetable capsule. The directions say one capsule with food, and not to go over 10mg of CBD a day.

Since October 2023, the FSA has advised healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day, as precautionary advice rather than a legal limit. It doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or people taking medication unless a doctor advises it. fourfive CBD muscle rub

The CBD Muscle Rub is a 45ml balm with 300mg of CBD isolate (about 6.7mg per ml), plus menthol, pine needle, lavender, niaouli, tea tree and calendula. It’s a cosmetic for massage, so it isn’t on the FSA’s list of CBD food. fourfive’s certificates page also lists reports for a 300mg CBD Joint Gel. Isolate, THC and sport testing

The spray bottle label reads “2000mg CBD Isolate”, and Holland and Barrett’s ingredient lists name CBD isolate for the oils, gummies and capsules. fourfive’s own product page describes the spray as THC free and also tags it “broad-spectrum”. Isolate is CBD on its own, without the other hemp cannabinoids.

fourfive says its founders wanted a CBD product that wouldn’t risk a failed drug test, and calls itself the UK’s first BSCG and Informed Sport tested supplements brand. Its certificates page lists batch reports for the oils, capsules, gummies and topicals, including BSCG-certified 1,000mg peppermint oils. Who owns fourfive?

• The founders. fourfive’s story page names George Kruis, who won over 45 England caps, and Dom Day, who played for Wales at the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Both played for Saracens.
• The company. The site footer gives company number 12664990. Companies House lists it as Four Five Health Limited, incorporated on 12 June 2020 as Four Five CBD Limited and active, with its registered office at 51 Eastcheap, London EC3M 1DT. The footer copyright is Fourfive Group Ltd (company 11559844, same address).
• The range today. Alongside CBD, fourfive sells creatine, hydration tablets and sachets, and mushroom capsules and gummies. See lion’s mane at Holland and Barrett.
• No ASA rulings found. We searched the Advertising Standards Authority’s rulings for “fourfive”, “fourfive CBD”, “four five CBD” and “four five health” in November 2026 and found none.

Is fourfive on the FSA list?

Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales must be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 1 November 2026 and found 42 entries naming fourfive or Four Five, all “Validated”:

• Oils and sprays in 30ml, 500mg to 2,000mg, natural, orange, cherry, peppermint or peppermint with vitamin D3, including the 2,000mg natural and orange sprays.
• Capsules at 10mg (30 or 60) and 25mg (30 or 60), and gummies at 10mg, 30 a pack.

The entries sit under several applications (RP-47/RP-821, RP-349, RP-250, RP-427 and RP-255), and name several different manufacturers. “Validated” means a product can stay on sale while its application is assessed; it isn’t an authorisation. RP427 is one of three applications the FSA put forward to ministers in September 2026, for high-purity CBD at up to 10mg a day for adults. The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.

fourfive CBD reviews: where to read them

We haven’t tested fourfive’s products and don’t rate other brands. Reviews can be read on fourfive’s own product pages and on Holland and Barrett’s, where only buyers can post. Sort by most recent, read the middling scores too, check whether a review is marked as incentivised, and treat any review saying CBD treated a condition with caution. Posting or commissioning fake reviews is banned in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
