Orders and delivery
Dispatch times, delivery options, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong.
It depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99, arrives in 2 to 3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99, arrives the next working day
- Free UK delivery on orders over £45, Royal Mail Tracked, 2 to 3 working days
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Thursday, leave us the same day.
We pick, pack and send orders the same day when they are placed before 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Anything after that goes out on the next working day.
Yes. UK orders over £45 are delivered free with Royal Mail Tracked. The bar in your bag shows how close you are.
We deliver across the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, and to most EU countries. The options and prices for your address show at checkout. For bulk orders outside these areas, email hello@evopure.co.uk.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also see every order and its status in My account, Orders.
Email support@evopure.co.uk with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged) and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Get in touch as soon as you can at support@evopure.co.uk. If it has not been packed yet we can change the address, the product or the quantity, or cancel it. Once it has been dispatched, it can be returned instead.
