Goodrays CBD drinks are lightly sparkling 330ml cans from a London company, each with 10mg of CBD isolate, which is the FSA’s whole daily figure, plus vitamin D. There are four flavours at 13 to 16 calories per 100ml, with no added sugar or sweeteners. All four were “Validated” on the FSA list in November 2026.

Goodrays CBD drinks: the four flavours
Goodrays sells its CBD drinks in packs of 12, 24 or 48 cans, single flavour or mixed. Its own labels, per can and per 100ml:

The sugars come from the fruit juice (mostly grape juice from concentrate); there’s no added sugar and no artificial sweetener. A whole can works out at roughly 43 to 53 calories and 8g to 12g of sugars (our sums from the per 100ml figures).

What’s in a Goodrays can?
Each can lists carbonated water, grape juice from concentrate, natural flavourings, food acids, sodium citrate, fruit and vegetable colouring concentrates, vitamin D3 and CBD isolate (0.02%). A few details worth knowing:
- Allergen: the CBD isolate ingredient “contains soya”.
- Flavourings: Raspberry and Guava and Passionfruit and Pomelo list hemp extract among the flavourings; Elderflower and Yuzu lists ginseng; Blood Orange and Grapefruit lists quinine.
- Vitamin D: 2.0 micrograms per 100ml (40% of the reference intake), so about 6.6 micrograms a can by our sum. The NHS advises 10 micrograms a day in autumn and winter; see vitamin D in winter.
- THC: Goodrays says it uses CBD isolate, tested to ensure non-detectable THC. See what is CBD isolate?
All the drinks are described as 100% vegan.
How many Goodrays drinks a day?
One. Every can carries the line “The FSA recommend an acceptable daily intake of no more than 10mg CBD per day. One of our cans contains 10mg CBD.” A second can takes you to 20mg. The FSA’s figure is precautionary advice for healthy adults rather than a legal limit, and if you also take CBD oil, gummies or capsules, count them too.
The labels also say the drinks aren’t suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone taking medication, which matches the FSA’s advice. See the CBD daily limit in the UK and can CBD interact with medication?
The cans used to be stronger. The FSA list records earlier specifications of 30mg of CBD in a 250ml can for each flavour, before the switch to 10mg in 330ml.

A Goodrays gummy is two and a half times the FSA’s 10mg figure, and a full dropper of Night Drops is more than three times it. The lagers give 132mg of magnesium and 10 micrograms of vitamin D in each 330ml serving, against NHS magnesium figures of 300mg a day for men and 270mg for women. Is Goodrays on the FSA list?
Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales must be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 1 November 2026 and found 13 Goodrays entries:
- Validated (application RP-349): the four 10mg CBD drinks, the gummies (30 x 25mg), Night Drops and Zen Drops at 500mg and 1,000mg, and two 750ml non-alcoholic CBD drinks (Rose and White Grape, 100mg a bottle).
- Awaiting evidence (RP-240): two CBD ground coffees. See CBD coffee.
“Validated” means a product can stay on sale while its application is assessed; it isn’t an authorisation. RP-349 isn’t one of the three applications the FSA recommended to ministers in September 2026. See the FSA’s first CBD approvals.
Who makes Goodrays? Goodrays Ltd, company 12567100 at Companies House, incorporated on 21 April 2020 in London and active. Its founder and CEO, Eoin Keenan, has been a director since then. We found no ASA rulings on Goodrays.

Reviews: we haven’t tested Goodrays’ drinks and don’t rate other brands. Goodrays shows customer reviews on its product pages, and independent sites such as Trustpilot let buyers post reviews too. Sort by most recent, read the middling scores as well as the top ones, and treat any review saying CBD treated a condition with caution: food and drink can’t legally make that claim.

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.
