Provacan CBD: Oils, Strengths, THC and the FSA List Explained (UK)

What does Provacan sell?

Provacan groups its range into four tiers: Vital, Complete, Advanced and Ultimate. Its own figures on 1 November 2026:

It also sells starter kits, subscriptions, a spray nozzle that fits the oil bottles, and free and paid online consultations. The site says its products are for adults (18+) only and are not for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.

Provacan CBD oil: how many drops is 10mg?

The oils list two ingredients: full spectrum CO2 hemp extract and olive oil. Provacan says each 10ml bottle holds about 300 drops and gives these figures:

The label directions say to place 1 to 5 drops under the tongue for 60 seconds, and the caution says not to exceed 10mg of CBD a day if taken orally over a long period. Provacan’s general FAQ suggests higher amounts for some people, such as 3 to 4 drops twice a day of the 1,200mg oil (about 24mg to 32mg). Is Provacan full spectrum? Does it contain THC?

Yes, the oils are full spectrum, so they contain other hemp compounds alongside CBD. Provacan’s FAQ says they contain “a maximum THC content of 0.05%”. The gummies use CBD distillate, and the isolate is pure CBD powder.

Provacan says it tests every batch in its own lab and at an independent lab, and each product page has a downloadable lab report. Provacan capsules, gummies and paste

• Capsules: organic coconut oil and cannabis sativa extract in a plant-based HPMC shell. The directions say one capsule a day. That’s 24mg (Complete) or 96mg (Ultimate), so 2.4 or 9.6 times the FSA’s 10mg.
• Gummies: 10mg each, which matches the FSA figure. Sugar and glucose syrup come first in the ingredients, set with pectin, and Provacan describes them as vegan friendly.
• Paste and isolate: 2,500mg of CBD in 5g of paste, and isolate powder to measure yourself. Both need careful measuring to stay near 10mg.
• Balms: for the skin, so they aren’t foods and aren’t on the FSA’s list. Provacan says its topicals are registered with the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

Is Provacan a UK company?

• Yes. The site footer says Provacan is a trading name of Tenacious Halfway Limited, company number 14655830. Companies House lists it as active, incorporated on 10 February 2023, with its registered office at 11 Shepherd Market, London W1J 7PG.
• Contact details are published: an email address and a UK phone number, with weekday customer care hours.
• Lab reports are published on each product page.
• No ASA rulings found. We searched the Advertising Standards Authority’s rulings for “Provacan” and “Tenacious Halfway” in November 2026 and found no ruling about Provacan’s own ads.

Is Provacan on the FSA list?

Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales must be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 1 November 2026 and found 67 entries naming Provacan, all “Validated”, spread across several applications from different ingredient suppliers:

• Oil drops at 300mg, 600mg, 1,200mg and 2,400mg, including “full spectrum” drops under RP-821, plus older Gold, spray and Adaptogenic lines.
• Capsules at 6mg, 24mg and 96mg (30 packs), under RP-324 and RP-427.
• Gummies at 10mg (10 and 50 packs), the 2,500mg paste and 1g and 5g isolate pots.

Our name search didn’t find the 100-gummy pack. “Validated” means a product can stay on sale while the application is assessed; it isn’t an authorisation. RP-427 was one of the three applications the FSA recommended to ministers in September 2026, for CBD at up to 10mg a day; ministers decide. Where Evopure fits

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.

Provacan reviews and offers: what to check

We haven’t tested Provacan’s products and don’t rate other brands. Independent reviews of provacan.co.uk can be read on Trustpilot; sort by most recent and read the middling scores too. Any current offers are on Provacan’s own site. Posting or commissioning fake reviews is banned in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
