Aztec CBD: Oil Drops, Vape Pods, Gummies and the FSA List Explained (UK)

What does Aztec CBD sell?

Aztec’s shop is built around vaping, with a smaller range you swallow or hold in the mouth. Its own figures on 31 October 2026:

The pods and e-liquids are named after cannabis strains, such as Mango Kush, Zkittlez and Super Lemon Haze. Aztec lists natural terpenes as the flavouring and says the pods are non-psychoactive. The site asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or over.

Aztec CBD oil drops: how many drops is 10mg?

Aztec sells 10ml bottles in two bases: MCT oil with natural spearmint, strawberry, lemon or orange flavouring, or hemp seed oil with a natural hemp taste. It says each bottle holds about 400 drops, which gives:

The labels say not to exceed 10mg a day, matching the FSA’s advice, and the directions say to hold drops under the tongue for a minute before swallowing. Aztec also notes that strong oils can crystallise in cold weather and turn liquid again if the bottle is warmed in a bowl of warm water. Is Aztec CBD full spectrum? Does it contain THC?

• Oil drops: Aztec says every batch is tested to contain less than 0.05% THC. Most oil pages don’t name the type; the 4,000mg page calls it full spectrum.
• Pods: CBD distillate with natural terpenes, THC given as 0%.
• Wax and pouches: described as broad spectrum and THC free.
• Isolate: 99% CBD, THC “non-detectable”.

Aztec’s lab report page lists certificates for its broad spectrum, full spectrum and isolate extracts, oils, e-liquids, wax and distillate, and it offers documents for a specific batch by email. Aztec CBD vape pods, cartridges and disposables

Pod system: a rechargeable 350mAh battery with a USB-C port and a pre-filled 2ml pod, which Aztec says lasts up to about 2,000 puffs. Refills come in packs of two, in 15 flavours. Cartridge kits: 1ml ceramic cartridges on a standard 510 battery. E-liquids: 10ml, 50/50 PG/VG and nicotine-free.

“Aztec CBD disposable vape” is a common search, but Aztec’s own shop listed no disposable vapes when we checked. Since 1 June 2025, single-use vapes have been banned from sale across the UK, and the government says the ban applies to all vapes, whether or not they contain nicotine.

Vapes, e-liquids and wax are inhaled, so they aren’t foods and aren’t on the FSA’s list of CBD food. Evopure doesn’t sell vapes, and CBD oil made for the tongue should never go in a vape: see can you vape CBD oil?

Aztec CBD gummies and pouches

Gummies: pouches of 30, each gummy 30mg, in fizzy cherries, fizzy bears, worms, dew drops and sour “Dummies” (fizzy bottles were out of stock). Aztec describes them as THC-free and “triple lab tested”, suggests two a day and says not to exceed 70mg. That was the FSA’s earlier figure. Since October 2023 the FSA has advised healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day, so one gummy is three times that.

Pouches: snus-style pouches with no tobacco or nicotine, 20 a tin at 30mg each, using water-dispersible broad spectrum CBD. Both flavours were out of stock. See CBD pouches explained and CBD oil vs gummies.

Is Aztec CBD legit?

• A registered UK company. Companies House lists Aztec Consult Limited (company number 12081304), incorporated on 2 July 2019 and active, with its registered office at Grand Union Enterprise Park, London UB2 4EX. That’s the address in the azteccbd.co.uk footer.
• Contact details are published: an email address, a UK phone number and a returns address.
• Lab reports are published on its lab report page.
• No ASA rulings found. We searched the Advertising Standards Authority’s rulings for “Aztec CBD” and “Aztec Consult” in October 2026 and found none.

Aztec also sells wholesale, and its site names a separate distributor for Japan.

Is Aztec CBD on the FSA list?

Yes, for its oil drops and gummies. CBD food sold in England and Wales must be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 31 October 2026 and found 23 entries for Aztec CBD, all “Validated”, all under application RP-349 (Mile High Labs supplies the CBD ingredient; the list names Liquid Creations as the maker of the finished products):

• 21 oil drops in 10ml, from 300mg to 4,000mg, natural or orange, strawberry, lemon or spearmint.
• 2 gummy packs: 300mg (10 pack) and 900mg (30 pack).

Our name search didn’t find the pouches. “Validated” means the product can stay on sale while the application is assessed; it isn’t an authorisation. We don’t recommend our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.

We haven’t tested Aztec CBD’s products and don’t rate other brands. Independent reviews of azteccbd.co.uk can be read on Trustpilot; sort by most recent and read the middling scores too.
