Grass & Co. is a UK brand that began with CBD oils in 2019 and now mainly sells functional mushroom supplements and sparkling drinks. When we checked in October 2026, its CBD range was CALM, EASE and REST oils plus an EASE balm, all on the FSA public list, alongside FOCUS, RELAX, DREAM and ENERGY mushroom blends.
Below: what each product contains, CBD per serving against the FSA’s 10mg advice, the FSA list, lab reports and where to buy. Evopure isn’t connected with Grass & Co.

What does Grass & Co. sell?

Each mushroom product pairs one functional mushroom with herbs and vitamins. The CBD oils and balm are listed separately as “The Originals”.
Grass & Co. CBD oil: CALM, EASE and REST
All three are 10ml oils that mix CBD with botanicals and vitamins. Grass & Co.’s ingredient notes describe the hemp extract as broad spectrum, and the Holland and Barrett listings say the oils “contain no trace of THC”. Figures are from the Holland and Barrett labels.

- Grass & Co. CALM: CBD in MCT oil with ashwagandha extract (2.1mg per serving), chamomile extract, L-theanine, mint oils and vitamins B5, B6 and B12.
- Grass & Co. EASE oil: CBD in almond and olive oil with turmeric (3mg per serving) and ginger (2mg) extracts, L-theanine, orange oil and vitamins D and K2. It contains almond, so check it if you have a nut allergy.
- Grass & Co. REST: CBD in MCT and olive oil with lavender, hops extract, L-theanine, bergamot flavouring and B vitamins.
A “serving” on the label is two doses: 35mg of CBD on the 500mg oils and 70mg on the 1,000mg. If a dropper gives about 20 drops per ml, the 500mg oils are roughly 2.5mg per drop and the 1,000mg roughly 5mg. Grass & Co.’s CBD page quotes the FSA’s 10mg a day advice, and one of its comparison pages says the current CALM pack instruction is four drops. That is about 10mg on the 500mg bottle. Grass & Co. EASE CBD balm
The EASE CBD Muscle Balm is a 60ml pot with 300mg of CBD in a base of plant oils, scented with tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint, camphor and arnica. Holland and Barrett lists it as vegan and THC free. It’s for skin, so the 10mg food advice doesn’t apply. Holland and Barrett also listed a GLOW 250mg CBD day cream. Is Grass & Co. on the FSA list? Lab reports and THC
Yes. We downloaded the FSA’s public list of CBD products on 23 October 2026 and found six Grass and Co entries, all marked “Validated” under application RP-324: CALM 500mg and 1,000mg, EASE 500mg and 1,000mg, and REST 500mg and 1,000mg (the site currently sells REST in 500mg only).
Validated means the FSA has checked that the application has the information it needs to move on to a safety assessment. It isn’t an approval, but validated products can stay on sale in England and Wales while they are assessed. See what the FSA’s CBD decision means for buyers.
Grass & Co.’s Science page publishes 42 certificates of analysis, readable on the page. Nine cover the CBD oils, from Eurofins, the most recent dated July 2026, and test the full cannabinoid profile including THC. Grass & Co. says its certificates show no THC. Where Evopure fits
Evopure is a separate UK company and isn’t connected with Grass & Co. Like the Originals, our oils blend CBD with plant extracts, which is still unusual in UK CBD:
- Flow CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with ashwagandha and maca, made for daytime.
- Sleep CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with passion flower and a terpene blend led by myrcene, for an evening routine.
- Relief CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with turmeric and black pepper extract.
All three come in 500mg and 1,000mg, are 0% THC and are on the FSA public list, linked to validated applications RP438, RP821 and RP47. They are vegan, made in the UK and tested by ISO 17025 accredited labs, with reports on request from our lab testing page. Our products are for adults (18+) only. We don’t recommend our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.
Grass & Co. DREAM, FOCUS, RELAX and ENERGY capsules
Each jar holds 60 vegan capsules, two per serving. Per serving, from grassandco.uk:

DREAM, FOCUS and RELAX use fruiting body extracts; ENERGY’s cordyceps is grown by liquid fermentation. Grass & Co. says DREAM hasn’t been through a clinical trial: it ran a 17-day consumer diary that wasn’t placebo-controlled. Its own FAQ calls mushroom research early and mostly small-scale. Grass & Co. drinks, gummies, powders and BOOST
- Liquid FOCUS: 250ml sparkling can with 1,000mg lion’s mane extract, ginseng and B12. Caffeine free.
- Liquid RELAX: 1,000mg reishi extract, 250mg ashwagandha extract, magnesium and B vitamins, peach and chamomile flavour.
- Liquid POWER: shiitake extract and 78mg of natural caffeine per can from guarana and coffee, labelled not for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- FOCUS MAX gummies: lion’s mane and ginseng, zero sugar; contains soy.
- FOCUS powder and ACTIVE greens: a 100g lion’s mane powder, and a 120g greens powder with lion’s mane, KSM-66 ashwagandha and maca.
- Grass & Co. BOOST: sold at Holland and Barrett, not on grassandco.uk’s shop page. A one-a-day “Sea Greens” capsule with 333mg algae omega-3, ginkgo, maca and CoQ10.

Where to buy Grass & Co.
Grass & Co. has closed its own online checkout. Its FAQ says the mushroom, drinks and powder range is sold through Amazon UK, and the CBD range through Holland and Barrett while Amazon listings are in progress. It also lists stockists including Sainsbury’s, Boots, Ocado and Whole Foods Market. Is Grass & Co. CBD oil broad spectrum?
Yes. When we checked in October 2026, Grass & Co. described its CALM, EASE and REST oils as broad spectrum hemp extract, and Holland and Barrett’s listings said they contain no trace of THC.
How much CBD is in Grass & Co. CALM?
The 500mg bottle gives 35mg of CBD per two-dose serving and the 1,000mg gives 70mg, per the label on Holland and Barrett. At about 20 drops per ml, four drops of the 500mg is roughly 10mg.
What is in Grass & Co. DREAM?
Per two-capsule serving: 400mg reishi fruiting body extract, sage, 300mg magnesium and vitamins B5, B6 and D. DREAM contains no CBD.
Is Grass & Co. on the FSA list?
Yes. In October 2026, six Grass and Co CBD oil entries (CALM, EASE and REST, 500mg and 1,000mg) were on the FSA public list marked “Validated” under application RP-324.
Where can I buy Grass & Co.?
Grass & Co. no longer sells from its own website. The mushroom range and drinks are on Amazon UK and in shops such as Sainsbury’s and Holland and Barrett; the CBD oils and balm are at Holland and Barrett.
How do I cancel a Grass & Co. subscription?
Grass & Co.’s site says existing subscribers manage their subscriptions through its account portal, linked as “Manage subscription” in the site footer. Amazon and Holland and Barrett subscriptions are managed in those accounts.
Is Evopure part of Grass & Co.?
No. Evopure is a separate UK company and isn’t connected with Grass & Co. Our CBD oils are broad spectrum, 0% THC and on the FSA public list.
