Yes, Boots sells CBD online and in some of its shops. When we checked boots.com in October 2026, its CBD category listed 59 products, mostly oils, gummies and capsules from brands such as TRIP, CBDfx, Orange County CBD and CBD Brothers. Many Boots product pages point to the FSA’s advice of no more than 10mg of CBD a day.

Below: brands, strengths, Trip CBD drinks, the 10mg advice and a checklist for any CBD product.

Prefer to buy direct from the maker? Our Broad Spectrum CBD Oil is 0% THC, on the FSA public list and third-party lab tested, with reports on request. Evopure is sold online only and isn’t sold by, or connected with, Boots.

What CBD does Boots sell?

Boots’s “CBD oil, vitamins and supplements” category showed 59 products on 23 October 2026. A search for “CBD” returned 80 results, about 67 of them CBD products. Here is roughly how those split by format:

Format Listings Strengths shown
Oils and drops About 33 260mg to 5,000mg per bottle
Gummies About 12 10mg to 50mg per gummy
Capsules About 10 About 6mg to 40mg per capsule
Balms, gels and creams About 9 Up to 1,000mg per tub
Drinks and sprays 3 Two TRIP multipacks, one spray

Treat these numbers as a snapshot: ranges change, and not every product is in every shop (product pages have a “Find in store” button). Boots has sold CBD since 2019, when it agreed to stock Healthspan’s CBD oil in more than 400 stores.

Which CBD brands does Boots stock?

In alphabetical order, these brands appeared in Boots’s CBD listings when we checked:

  • Oils, gummies, capsules and drinks: Cannaray, CBD Brothers, CBDfx, Healthspan, Orange County CBD, TRIP, Vitabiotics (Brains CBD) and Vitality CBD.
  • Balms, gels and creams: CBD Brothers, Eusphera, HEMPE and Pureis.

We didn’t see a Boots own-brand CBD product. Some CBD Brothers listings say they are “delivered directly from our supplier”, so check the delivery details if you want to know who ships your order.

We aren’t rating or ranking any of these brands. Whichever catches your eye, check its lab report and FSA public list entry (more below), or see our guide to the best CBD oil in the UK and how to choose.

Boots CBD oil: strengths and drops

Oils are the biggest group: 10ml, 15ml, 30ml and 100ml bottles, from 260mg to 5,000mg of CBD per bottle, many of them flavoured.

The number on the front is the total CBD in the bottle, not the amount per drop. Boots’s own CBD dosage guide makes the same point. To compare two oils, divide by the volume:

  • 1,000mg in 15ml (as in TRIP’s 1,000mg oils) is about 66mg per 1ml dropper, according to the product page.
  • 1,000mg in 30ml (as in several other 1,000mg oils at Boots) is about 33mg per ml, half as strong.

Is there a 3,000mg CBD oil at Boots? Yes. TRIP CBD Oil Dream Drops 3,000mg comes in a 30ml bottle, which works out at 100mg per ml, or roughly 5mg per drop. The highest total we saw was a 5,000mg oil in a 100ml bottle.

Our guide to CBD oil strengths, mg and drops has a full chart, and how much CBD should I take? covers where to start.

Spectrum. Many Boots listings say “broad spectrum” or “THC-free”, some list CBD isolate, and a few CBD Brothers oils are described as whole-plant extracts. Whole-plant (full spectrum) oils can contain traces of THC, so check the lab report if that matters to you. See full spectrum vs broad spectrum vs isolate.

Boots CBD gummies and capsules

Gummies and capsules give you a set amount of CBD in each piece. The gummies we saw ranged from 10mg (TRIP’s wild strawberry gummies, and one CBD Brothers tin) to 50mg of CBD per gummy. Capsules ran from 6.4mg (Healthspan) to 40mg per capsule.

That matters because of the FSA’s advice: one 30mg gummy is three times the 10mg a day figure, so read the mg per piece, not the total on the tub.

If you’re weighing up formats, see CBD oil vs gummies and how to choose CBD capsules.

Boots CBD drinks and Trip at Boots

TRIP is the brand people most often search for alongside Boots. On 23 October 2026 Boots listed TRIP CBD oils, TRIP CBD gummies and two TRIP CBD drink multipacks (Elderflower Mint, listed with 15mg of CBD per can, and Raspberry Orange Blossom, whose ingredients list CBD at 25mg). These were the only CBD drinks we found on boots.com.

That can be confusing, because Trip’s own UK website now sells “Mindful Blend” magnesium drinks that don’t list CBD. If you want to know whether a Trip can contains CBD, the ingredients list on the can is the place to check. Our guide do Trip drinks contain CBD? explains the change.

Boots CBD cream, balms and gels

Boots also sells warming and cooling CBD muscle gels, balms and creams, often with menthol, camphor, eucalyptus or arnica.

Products you put on your skin are treated as cosmetics, not food. That means the FSA’s novel food rules and its 10mg a day advice, which cover CBD you swallow, don’t apply to them in the same way. Check the ingredients if you have sensitive skin, and patch test first.

For how balms work and how to use one, read our CBD balm guide.

Boots and the FSA’s 10mg advice

In October 2023 the Food Standards Agency (FSA) cut its advice for healthy adults from 70mg to 10mg of CBD a day. Boots reflects this in two ways:

  • Product pages. Many Boots CBD pages open with a line saying the FSA advises that daily consumption of CBD should not be more than 10mg.
  • Boots Health Hub. Its CBD dosage guide, updated in August 2026 and reviewed by the Boots Pharmacy Team, says healthy adults shouldn’t have more than 10mg a day, which it puts at around four or five drops of a 5% oil.

The serving directions on each page are written by the brands and vary, and some still mention the older 70mg figure, so work out the mg per serving yourself. The fuller story on the figure is in our guide to the CBD daily limit in the UK.

The FSA also doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or people taking any medication, unless under medical direction. If you take medication, see can CBD interact with medication?

Boots CBD oil for sleep, anxiety or pain

Many people search for Boots CBD oil with a goal in mind. Whatever the shop or brand, here is where the evidence stands:

  • CBD isn’t a treatment. CBD food supplements can’t legally claim to treat, prevent or relieve any condition, and there are no authorised health claims for CBD in the UK. Boots’s own guide says the same: avoid any CBD product that makes medical claims.
  • The research is still early. Most human studies on CBD for sleep, anxiety or pain are small or short, and the results are mixed. Our guide to CBD and anxiety goes through the trials honestly.
  • See your GP first if sleep problems, anxiety or pain are ongoing, getting worse or affecting daily life. Those deserve a proper check, not just a product.

If you do want a CBD oil as part of your routine, our buying guides explain what to look for: choosing a CBD oil for sleep and choosing a CBD oil for aches and pains.

How to check any CBD product on the shelf

These six checks work for any CBD product, at Boots, another shop or online:

  1. Is it on the FSA public list? CBD food sold in England and Wales (oils, capsules, gummies, drinks) must be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. Search the product or brand name. If it’s missing or marked “Removed”, the FSA says it shouldn’t be on sale. Every CBD food brand we saw at Boots had entries marked “Validated” on the list, but brands can have several entries, so match your exact product.
  2. How much CBD per serving? Look for mg per drop, gummy or capsule, not just the total on the front.
  3. Is there a recent lab report? A certificate of analysis (COA) from an independent lab should match your batch and show CBD content and THC. See how to read CBD lab reports.
  4. What about THC? THC is a controlled drug. If you drive or face drug tests, choose a product whose lab report shows THC not detected. See does CBD show up on a drug test?
  5. Which spectrum? Full spectrum, broad spectrum or isolate. The label or product page should say.
  6. Who it’s for. Adults only, and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

One more thing for readers in Northern Ireland: Northern Ireland has separate rules for CBD food, and some Boots CBD pages, such as TRIP’s, say the product can’t be sold to Northern Ireland addresses. For the legal background, see is CBD legal in the UK?

Where Evopure fits

Evopure isn’t sold by Boots, and we’re not connected with it. We sell online, direct from our own website. Here’s what we can tell you about our own oils:

  • Broad Spectrum CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD in organic MCT oil, nothing else. 10ml bottles in 500mg, 1,000mg and 2,000mg (about 2.5mg, 5mg and 10mg per drop).
  • Sleep CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with passion flower and a terpene blend led by myrcene, made for an evening routine. CBD isn’t a treatment for sleep problems.
  • Flow CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with ashwagandha and maca, for daytime.
  • Relief CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with turmeric and black pepper extract.

You don’t often find CBD paired with passion flower, ashwagandha and maca, or turmeric in UK oils. All our CBD products are 0% THC and on the FSA public list, linked to validated applications RP438, RP821 and RP47, which means they can be sold while those applications are assessed. Everything is vegan, made in the UK and tested by ISO 17025 accredited labs, with reports on request from our lab testing page. Our products are for adults (18+) only, and we don’t recommend our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.
