Holland and Barrett Black Friday 2026: Dates, Codes and How to Check a Deal (UK)

When is Holland and Barrett’s Black Friday sale?

Not announced yet. On 2 November 2026 we found:

• No Black Friday page. A search of hollandandbarrett.com for “black friday” returned ordinary product listings, not a sale page or dates.
• No press release. H&B’s corporate newsroom had no Black Friday announcement for 2026.
• Current offers end soon. The multibuy, half price and 33% off promotions in its promotional terms were dated 30 September to 4 November 2026.

So we can’t say how long H&B’s sale will last or what will be in it, and we won’t guess. We’ll update this page when it publishes its plans.

Is there a Holland and Barrett Black Friday discount code?

We don’t publish other shops’ codes, and H&B hadn’t released a Black Friday one when we checked. Its help centre explains how codes work:

• Only one discount code can be used per order online.
• You can still use your H&B&Me points alongside a code.
• Some products may be excluded, so check the terms of each offer.
• To use a code in store, H&B’s “Redeem in-store” page gives you a barcode to show at the till.
• Its promotional terms say offers don’t apply in its discount or outlet stores, and all promotions are “while stocks last”.

Looking for an NHS or student discount? H&B’s promotional terms list a Blue Light Card discount and a UNiDAYS student discount.

How Holland and Barrett offers usually work

These offer types were on H&B’s site and in its promotional terms on 2 November 2026. Black Friday offers may differ:

H&B&Me is Holland and Barrett’s free loyalty scheme (its page says the old loyalty programme has been “upgraded”). Members get Member Prices on selected lines and earn points when they shop. Member Pricing doesn’t apply to Subscribe and Save orders; if a Member Price is lower, H&B suggests pausing your subscription and placing a one-off order.

Holland and Barrett Black Friday in store or online?

H&B’s own answer to “Are the same offers available online and in store?” is “Not always”. Some offers run in both, but ranges and promotions can vary. Its help centre says online-only offers are usually marked clearly on the product page.

• Online: the widest range, including items from marketplace “trusted sellers”.
• Click and Collect: order online and collect in store for free.
• Returns: free returns to store or by post, according to its delivery and returns page.
• In store: you can read the label first, but offers don’t apply in discount or outlet stores.

How to check a Holland and Barrett deal is worth it

A bigger percentage isn’t always a better buy. Three quick checks work for any shop:

1. Price per serving, not per pack. H&B’s listings show a price per tablet or capsule. If the dose is two a day, double it, and note the usual price before the sale. Our guide to whether Black Friday deals are worth it shows how to spot a fake saving.
2. Magnesium: the elemental amount. A big number in a product name is often the compound weight, such as magnesium glycinate, not the magnesium you get. Look for “magnesium” in the nutrition table, per daily serving. The NHS says adults need 300mg (men) or 270mg (women) a day, and 400mg or less a day from supplements is unlikely to cause harm. 3. CBD: mg per serving and the FSA list. The FSA advises healthy adults to take no more than 10mg of CBD a day, so one 25mg gummy is two and a half times that. What to stock up on, and what not to

Multibuys make it tempting to buy a year’s supply. A few rules of thumb:

• Check the best before date on every pack, and work out how long it will last. A 60-capsule pot taken once a day lasts two months; at two a day, one month.
• Stock up on what you already use and know suits you.
• Don’t double up on the same nutrient. A magnesium tablet plus a magnesium drink plus a multivitamin can add up. See how much magnesium per day.

Where Evopure fits

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues.
