Blessed CBD sells broad spectrum (zero THC) and full spectrum CBD oils in 500mg, 1,000mg and 1,800mg, about 2mg, 4mg or 6mg per drop. It also sells gummies, 30mg capsules, patches, a cream and a balm. When we checked on 26 October 2026, all 11 Blessed CBD entries on the FSA public list were “Validated”.

Below: the range, drops per 10mg, spectrum, the FSA list and lab reports. Evopure isn’t connected with Blessed CBD.

Comparing CBD oils? Our Broad Spectrum CBD Oil is 0% THC, on the FSA public list and third-party lab tested, at about 2.5mg, 5mg or 10mg per drop. Two of our oils also pair CBD with botanicals. Evopure is a separate company and isn’t connected with Blessed CBD.

Blessed CBD oil strengths per drop

Every Blessed oil is a 10ml bottle. Blessed gives the CBD per drop; we’ve added the drops for about 10mg:

Oil Per drop (Blessed) Drops for about 10mg
500mg About 2mg 5
1,000mg About 4mg 2 to 3
1,800mg About 6mg 1 to 2 (2 drops is about 12mg)

Blessed is clear that a drop means “a single droplet, not a full dropper”. Our guides to CBD oil strengths, mg and drops and how to take CBD oil work for any brand.

Broad or full spectrum? THC and ingredients

Broad spectrum (the plain “CBD Oil”): Blessed says these contain “zero THC”. Ingredients: CBD hemp extract and hemp seed oil.

Full spectrum (“CBD Oil (Full Spectrum)”): made from whole plant extract with “less than 0.2% THC”. Blessed’s FAQ says its products contain less than 1mg of THC per dose. The description list on the 1,800mg full spectrum page repeats the broad spectrum wording, so check the certificate for your batch.

In the UK, THC is a controlled drug. The Home Office’s “exempt product” rule allows no more than one milligram of a controlled cannabinoid in any one component part of a product. If THC matters to you, choose a zero THC oil and check the batch certificate. See full spectrum vs broad spectrum vs isolate, does CBD show up on a drug test? and is CBD legal in the UK?

Blessed CBD dosage and the FSA’s 10mg advice

Blessed’s dosage guide has a body-weight chart running from 4.5mg (beginner, under 25 lbs) to 45mg (experienced, over 241 lbs), and says “There is no single maximum CBD oil dosage”. For most adult body weights, its starting amounts are above 10mg.

Since October 2023, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has advised healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day. It’s precautionary advice, set while longer-term safety research continues, not a legal limit. One Blessed capsule (30mg) or one 25mg gummy is above 10mg. To stay close to 10mg, the 500mg oil (5 drops) or the 10mg gummies are the easiest to measure. See the CBD daily limit in the UK.

The FSA doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or people taking any medication, unless under medical direction. If you take medication, read can CBD interact with medication? first.

Where Evopure fits

Evopure is a separate UK company and isn’t connected with Blessed CBD. Our own oils:

  • Broad Spectrum CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD in organic MCT oil, nothing else. 10ml bottles in 500mg, 1,000mg and 2,000mg, about 2.5mg, 5mg and 10mg per drop.
  • Flow CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with ashwagandha and maca.
  • Sleep CBD Oil: broad spectrum CBD with passion flower.

All our CBD products are 0% THC and on the FSA public list, linked to validated applications RP438, RP821 and RP47. Everything is vegan, made in the UK and tested by ISO 17025 accredited labs, with reports on request from our lab testing page. Our products are for adults (18+) only. We don’t recommend our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The FSA’s 10mg a day figure is precautionary advice rather than a legal limit, set while longer-term safety research continues. At Evopure we think it is a very cautious figure, and many adults use more. If you go above it, increase slowly, and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take any medication.

Is Blessed CBD on the FSA public list?

Yes. CBD food sold in England and Wales has to be linked to an application on the FSA’s public list. We downloaded the full list on 26 October 2026 and found 11 entries for Blessed CBD, all “Validated”, with none “Awaiting evidence” or “Removed”:

  • RP-349 (with Mile High Labs): oils 500mg, 1,000mg and 2,000mg per 10ml, the 750mg gummies (25mg) and 900mg capsules (30mg).
  • RP-438: “Premium CBD Oil” 500mg, 1,000mg and 1,800mg.
  • RP-252 (with British Cannabis): oil drops 500mg, 1,000mg and 1,800mg.

The list doesn’t say which entry is broad or full spectrum, and the site no longer sells a 2,000mg oil, so ask Blessed which entry covers your bottle. Our name search didn’t find the 10mg Stay Calm, Clear Mind or Sweet Dreams gummies. The cream, balm and patches are for the skin, so aren’t on this food list.

“Validated” means the application has the information needed for a safety assessment. The FSA says validation is not the same as authorisation, but validated products can stay on sale while they are assessed. See what the FSA’s CBD decision means.

Blessed CBD gummies, capsules, cream and patches

Gummies: the 750mg gummies use CBD isolate, sugar and corn syrup, in watermelon, lemon, mango and apple. The 10mg gummies are sugar-free and vegan, with mixed berry flavour: Stay Calm adds ashwagandha KSM-66, rhodiola and reishi; Clear Mind adds ginkgo, L-theanine and griffonia; Sweet Dreams adds valerian, passion flower and lavender. See CBD oil vs gummies.

Capsules: 30mg of CBD isolate per capsule in fractionated coconut oil. See how to choose CBD capsules.

For the skin: a 125mg cream (50ml tube) with jojoba and coconut oil, a 750mg balm (50ml), and 30mg patches worn for 12 to 36 hours.

For dogs: the UK site listed no pet products, and the Veterinary Medicines Directorate treats CBD for animals as a veterinary medicine. See CBD oil for dogs in the UK.

Blessed CBD lab reports

Blessed’s lab reports page lists a report for each product by batch ID (for example PDS_BLESSED_CBD_10__NT for the 1,000mg broad spectrum oil), and each product page links its certificate. Blessed says it also sends a copy with every order.

On any certificate, check the lab’s name, the date, that the CBD matches the label, and the THC result. See how to read CBD lab reports.
