Returns and refunds
How to send something back and when your money arrives.
You can return unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returns need to be approved first, so please get in touch before sending anything back. The full policy is on our returns page.
Email support@evopure.co.uk with your order number, the item, the quantity and the reason. Once it is approved we email you the return address.
If an item arrived damaged or faulty, we cover the return postage. For a change of mind, the return postage is yours.
Within 5 to 10 working days of your return reaching us, back to the card you paid with. It can take a billing cycle or two to show on your statement.
Sorry about that. Email support@evopure.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you, including postage.
