How to take it
The whole thing takes about a minute, which is the point. Something this simple is easy to keep up, and daily is where it does its best work.
Up to half a pipette under the tongue. On the 1000mg that's about 35mg of CBD, on the 500mg about 17.5mg.
Hold it there for 60 seconds, then swallow. The pause lets more of it absorb under the tongue rather than through your stomach.
