Ordering, delivery and returns

Yes. UK delivery is free on all orders over £45, sent by Royal Mail 48 and usually with you in 2 to 3 working days. Standard and express options are also available at checkout.

Express delivery by Royal Mail (Tracked 24)  is usually next day. Standard and free delivery by Royal Mail is 2 to 3 working days. Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Jersey are sent by Royal Mail.

Not on standard shipping just yet, though European delivery is on the way. For larger or bulk orders abroad, email support@evopure.co.uk and we will help.

Get in touch and we will chase it for you. Email support@evopure.co.uk if your delivery goes past the estimated window.

We pack quickly, so email support@evopure.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and what needs changing. If it has not shipped, we will sort it.

If a product is unopened, unused and in its original condition, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Email support@evopure.co.uk to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days once we receive it.

Log in and go to My Account, then Subscriptions. Select your subscription and you can pause, edit or cancel it there. No emails or phone calls needed.

Yes. Everything is in My Account under Subscriptions. Update your next delivery date, address or payment card whenever you need to.

Yes. Subscribe and Save gives you a lower price on the products you buy regularly, delivered on a schedule that suits you, and you stay in control of it at all times.

About Evopure

All Evopure products are made in the UK, using approved farms and labs, and third party lab tested.

Yes. Every batch is third party lab tested to confirm exactly what is in it, and our products are FSA registered where novel food ingredients are present.

The vast majority of our range is vegan and made with natural and organic ingredients wherever possible. If a specific product differs, it is stated clearly on its label.

Yes. Evopure is a registered Earth Positive business through Greenspark. For every product sold and every person we employ, we fund verified carbon and plastic removal, and the impact is tracked on a public dashboard you can check yourself. See our Sustainability page for the live figures.

Many people do, and the range is made to work together. If you are new to it, start with one product so you can see how you get on. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to your doctor first.

CBD basics

CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of many naturally occurring compounds, called cannabinoids, found in the hemp plant. It is extracted from hemp and used in food supplements and cosmetics.

Broad spectrum means the CBD is extracted with a range of the hemp plant’s natural compounds kept in, but with the THC removed. Full spectrum keeps trace THC, and isolate is CBD on its own. Every Evopure CBD product is broad spectrum and THC free.

No. THC is the compound in cannabis that causes a high, and our products are THC free, confirmed by third party lab testing.

Yes. CBD is legal to buy and sell in the UK as a food supplement. Our products are THC free and lab tested, with reports available for each one, and are FSA registered where novel food ingredients are present.

The World Health Organization has reported that CBD shows no signs of abuse or dependence potential in people.

Most drug tests screen for THC, not CBD, and our broad spectrum products are THC free. If you are subject to workplace or sports testing, we would always suggest checking with the testing provider to be sure.

Using CBD

The most effective way is under the tongue. Place your drops there, hold for around 60 seconds, then swallow. Taken this way, more of the CBD is absorbed than by swallowing it straight down.

In 2023 the FSA lowered its precautionary advice to no more than 10mg of CBD a day for healthy adults, unless directed by a doctor. Start low, stay within that guidance, and build up slowly if you choose to. The dropper and label on each oil show you how much CBD is in a drop.

Taken under the tongue, CBD is typically absorbed within 10 minutes to an hour. Most people take it consistently for 10 to 14 days as part of a daily routine rather than expecting anything from a single dose.

Take care. CBD can interact with some medicines, including blood thinners such as warfarin, sedatives, and any medication that carries a grapefruit warning. If you take any medication, speak to your doctor before starting CBD.

CBD has a strong safety profile and a harmful overdose is highly unlikely. Taking more than you need may cause mild drowsiness or nausea at most. Sticking within the FSA’s 10mg a day guidance keeps things simple.

Keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with the lid on. Stored properly it will keep well up to the date on the bottle.
