At Evopure, we prioritise getting your order to you quickly and securely. We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all UK orders to ensure full visibility from our door to yours.

Dispatch & Processing

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

International Shipping (EU)

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select destinations within the EU.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the Royal Mail website.
