Refund policy
When you purchase something from us, we always hope you are 100% satisfied. However, if you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused within 14 days from the delivery date. All returns will be reviewed individually, so please remember to include a copy of your purchase receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@evopure.co.uk. Once your return is
approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Returns via Post
We’ve made returning items easy!
After you’ve contacted us at support@evopure.co.uk and your return request has been
approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please fill out the “returns section” on the back of your dispatch notice, providing details for each item, the quantity, and the reason for the return. Include this form in your parcel along with the items you’re returning. For customers in the United Kingdom, attach the provided return label to the outside of your package. If you’re using the original packaging, ensure you remove or cover the previous shipping label. Once ready, drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.
We recommend using a secure or trackable postage method. All returns and exchanges should be sent to the following address:

Free postal returns are currently only available for UK customers returning a damaged or faulty product. For customers returning items for any reason other than an incorrect item being sent (fault of seller), or from customers outside the UK, you [the customer] will be responsible for all return postage fees, taxes, customs duties, and any clearance charges where applicable.
Please keep your proof of postage safe. The items and their condition remain your
responsibility until they reach us. Once we’ve received your return, you will receive a
confirmation email, and the refund process will begin.
The products you return remain your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend insuring your return for its value and obtaining proof of postage. Evopure cannot be held liable for items returned by mistake.
If your return is approved, we will refund the amount you paid for the item to your original payment method, minus any postage costs. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be void, and the item(s) will be returned to you. Please note that unless you are returning a faulty product, our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Evopure is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost returns.

Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 14 days, if an item is defective, damaged, or not as you originally ordered. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you receive a faulty item, please email us at support@evopure.co.uk providing your order number and details of the issue. Make sure to return the faulty item to us promptly.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different type, strength, or size, please return the unwanted item first and place a new order.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of your refund status within a reasonable timeframe. While we aim to process refunds quickly, most are completed within 5 to 10 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that we cannot process refunds to expired bank cards. In such cases, we will issue the refund as an online store credit. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and Evopure is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.
