Subscriptions

 

These Terms govern your participation in Subscribe & Save on evopure.co.uk and are between you and Evopure and/or its affiliates (“Evopure” or “Us” or “We”). The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Evopure, as appropriate in relation to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the evopure.co.uk website is also governed by our terms and conditions, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements, in each case as may be modified from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Subscribe and Save Benefits

Subscribe & Save offers a discount off the then-current purchase price for regularly scheduled deliveries of Subscribe & Save Products on evopure.co.uk. The Subscribe & Save benefits identified on the detail page for each Subscribe & Save Product.

2. Eligible purchases

Only selected products sold on evopure.co.uk by Evopure qualify for Subscribe & Save. Subscribe & Save Products are identified as such on their detail page. The selection of Subscribe & Save Products may change from time to time.

You need an Evopure account to register for and purchase items through Subscribe & Save. Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) or any of the benefits associated with Subscribe & Save to any third party. You may only use Subscribe & Save for household purposes. Customers purchasing products for business use or for resale purposes may not use Subscribe & Save.

3. Order process

Once you have subscribed to regular (monthly) deliveries for Subscribe & Save Products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription without any further action required by you. Some subscription and product details (including price, discount and availability) may change over time. Each Subscribe & Save order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. Before each Subscribe & Save order is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details and instructions for cancelling or modifying your order if you wish to do so (“Order Confirmation”). You will also be sent an e-mail at the address associated with your account or a message on the message centre in Your Account confirming to you that we have, or the Third Party Seller, as appropriate has, dispatched the Subscribe & Save Product to you (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

Each Subscribe & Save order constitutes a separate offer from you to purchase a Subscribe & Save Product. The contract of sale for each Subscribe & Save Product is concluded when the product is dispatched to you and you receive a Dispatch Confirmation.

If any Subscribe & Save Product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified of the delay and we or the Third Party Seller, as appropriate, will attempt to fulfil the order within two weeks of the original dispatch date. If the Subscribe & Save Product becomes available during that two week period, it will be dispatched to you without any further action required by you. Delay due to non-availability of any Subscribe & Save Product will not affect the Subscribe & Save discount applicable to any other Subscribe & Save subscriptions you may have or to future orders for the same Subscribe & Save subscription.

If any Subscribe & Save Product is no longer available for Subscribe & Save, your subscription may be changed to a suitable replacement. You will be notified of this change. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription for a replacement product, you may cancel your subscription.

4. Payment and Renewal

For each Subscribe & Save order you will be charged the price (including VAT where appropriate) of each Subscribe & Save Product on the day your Subscribe & Save order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the applicable Subscribe & Save discount.

The Subscribe & Save discount you receive will be the discount applicable to your Subscribe & Save Products at the time your order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation. Temporary discounts and time limited or special offers only apply to Subscribe & Save orders placed while that discount or offer is available.

Your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) continue until cancelled. The price of each Subscribe & Save order will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order using the payment method you used to create your subscription or otherwise indicated by you, you authorise us to update your subscription with another payment method we have on record for you and to charge that payment method for your Subscribe & Save orders. If we do not have another payment method on record for you or are unable to charge any payment method we have on record for you for your Subscribe & Save orders, your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form via Royal Mail. You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you. Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused.

6. Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time. Cancellation or modification will not affect Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received Dispatch Confirmation.

We retain as appropriate, retains the right to cancel your subscriptions at any time. If your subscription is cancelled, you will be notified and you will only be charged for Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received a Dispatch Confirmation. Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our or, if appropriate, the Third Party Seller’s, rights.

If a Subscribe & Save subscription(s) is cancelled, you will only be charged for the Subscribe & Save orders dispatched to you and no further Subscribe & Save orders for that Subscribe & Save Product will be placed. Cancellation of a Subscribe & Save subscription for any reason might decrease the discounts applicable to your remaining Subscribe & Save subscriptions. You can check the Subscribe & Save discount applied to your current subscriptions from Your Account.

If you reactivate a Subscribe & Save subscription that you previously cancelled, the discount applicable to your reactivated subscription may not be the same discount that was in effect prior to cancellation. The new discount will be applied to your future orders of that Subscribe & Save subscription.

If any problems arise with your delivery address, Evopure account or payment method, which we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription or via the message centre of Your Account and your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be automatically placed on hold. No additional Subscribe & Save orders will be processed or dispatched until the problem is resolved.
