Although there is limited research to give a reliable figure on how long it takes for CBD balm to work, anectodal evidence seems to suggest it typically takes between 10 minutes to an hour for the CBD balm to start taking effect.
The difference between CBD Balm and Cream is that balms (and salves) tend to only use natural oils and wax as a base, whereas CBD creams typically use a combination of water and moisturising agents as their base.
